Thank you for showing interest in enrolling at Grace Hopper STEM Academy. We understand that the enrollment process can be a little daunting, so we have broken down the process into 4 simple steps.

Admissions Process

 

Application

Fill out a physical application on-site. Make sure to submit it as soon as possible!

Meeting

We would like to meet you! Following the submission of your application, schedule a meeting with our main office.

Orientation

Learn more detailed information and sign our Parent-Student Handbook during our yearly summer orientation.

Official Admission

(Student is not formally enrolled until all documentation and approvals have been met)

What to Bring:

Applicants must bring the following documents at the time of enrollment. The enrollment process will not be complete until all files are submitted to the admissions department.

 
 
  • Student’s birth certificate or passport

  • A parent / legal guardian’s ID

  • Student’s most recent Immunization record or exemption letter signed by a healthcare professional

  • Final report card from the previous school

 
  • A pupil accounting record (PAR), Cumulative student file, or check-out paperwork from previous school

  • Any other necessary documents pertaining to your child’s education (i.e. SBACC/STAR test results, IEP or 504 plans, etc)
